Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) sour cream

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Scrub potatoes and pierce several times with a fork. Bake for 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Combine Seasoning for Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip with mayonnaise and sour cream. Top baked potatoes with a dollop of prepared Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip.
  • Serve remaining dip with fresh vegetables.
