Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, divided
  • 1 C (250 ml) 2% Greek yogurt

Preparation


 
  • Dice peppers. Coarsely chop broccoli. Cut tomato into wedges. Place all veggies in Multipurpose Steamer. Sprinkle with Spinach Dip Mix; stir to coat.
  • Cut chicken into four pieces. Place on top of veggies; sprinkle with ½ tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix.
  • Cover; microwave on high 5 min or until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine yogurt with remaining 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix.
  • Place chicken and veggies on plates. Top each with a dollop of yogurt sauce.
