Ingredients


Makes: 2 C (500 ml)
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichokes
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) package light cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Artichoke Dip Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) light mayonnaise
  • 1 can (5 oz/142 g) can crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) dry breadcrumbs

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Using a wooden spoon, combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into an attractive heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle dry breadcrumbs over top.
  • Bake 25 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil until top is golden brown.
