Rinse trimmed green beans in cold water, and place in a Rectangular Steamer, season with a pinch of Sea Salt if desired.
Microwave in Steamer with lid, on high for 2–4 minutes or until tender (microwaves may vary).
Immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking and preserve bright green colour. Place in mixing bowl. (You can make ahead to this point.)
Immediately before serving, add mandarins, Adobo Seasoning, olive oil, almonds, and lemon juice to beans; gently toss to coat. Season to taste.
